My names Damian Rucci, sometimes I like to go by D.F. Rucci when I’m feeling fancy.

I like to pretend I know how to sing and play.

I like to write all sorts of fiction that’ll make you sleep with a light on, but sometimes I write sweet things like poetry and essays. Currently, I am assembling a collection of poems and essays dedicated to the memory of my grandfather  learn some more about that here.   I blog daily about the craft of writing and my approach of succeeding within its confines.

I’ve been writing since I taught myself to read and though my writing has changed over the years I still stay dedicated to it, but now I hope to share my passion with all of you as I learn myself.
